Return Policy – Luxxuri
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for watches purchased from Luxxuri under the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged Watches: If you receive a watch that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may initiate a return. Proof of damage must be communicated via email.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive a watch that is different from what you ordered due to a warehouse or order processing error.
Change of Mind: Returns for non-defective products, including change-of-mind cases, are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. Exclusions from Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Used or Worn Products: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Manufacturer's Warranty Disclaimer: Our watches do not come with manufacturer warranties. All products are covered by a 2-year in-house warranty provided by Luxxuri. In case of functional issues, customers must return the watch at their own expense to the international warehouse address we will provide.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to initiate a return for any reason. Contact us at support@luxxuri.co or via our social media channels.
Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship the item securely with tracking to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned watch, we will inspect it for condition and compliance with return criteria. Approved returns will be eligible for either a refund or replacement based on availability.
4. Timeframe
Initiating Returns: Must be done within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. International Orders
Customs Duties and Taxes: Luxxuri handles customs clearance for international orders, ensuring no additional duties or taxes for the customer.
Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 8–14 working days for international delivery. Delays may occur due to unforeseen transit issues.
